Where exactly are the houses located?
All the homes are centrally located in and around the Fort Lauderdale area. The closest home to Fort Lauderdale airport is roughly 10 minutes North and the furthest home north is 5 minutes South of Boca Raton which is maybe 20 – 25 minutes depending on traffic from The Fort Lauderdale airport. For a birds eye view of any of the property's feel free to click on any map on any of my homes websites. All you do is click on the name of the property you are looking for and then zoom in and you can get a great idea of where each home is located. How far to the Beach?

Deerfield Beach is the beach I recommend for most families. This beach is the best kept secret in the area. There is a fishing pier, boardwalk, and plenty of bars, shops, and restaurants. Parking is easy as well. You will be nice and close to the beach so walking across a busy road or having to park far away will most likely not be an issue here. The beach is fantastic there are multiple volleyball courts, bathrooms, and showers for public use. It is several minutes north of many of our homes but a great beach and area to visit if you have the time. If you want activities such as para sailing, jet skiing, etc. you want to head to Pompano Beach which is between Fort Lauderdale and Deerfield Beach. If your looking for those wild and exciting times then Fort Lauderdale Beach is the place to visit or of course Miami Beach is another amazing beach to visit. Your only 30-40 minutes north so a day trip isn't out of the question. The keys are around 3 hours depending on how far south you want to go of course.

How far from the airport?

Right around 20 minutes give or take a few minutes depending on traffic. Go to my contacts page and click on the map I have the directions already mapped for you from Fort Lauderdale airport to each property. If you want directions from anywhere else simply delete the airport address and put in your desired address. I also have a map on every one of my homes websites with not only each property but some other things saved like restaurants or Deep Sea Fishing and Jet Ski Rental places.

What is the maximum amount of people that can stay in the house?

Typically the way each home is set up there are 2 people allowed per room. We then can bring in a high end Aero Bed for an additional 2 guests. If you need more room than this just ask and we will try to accommodate if we feel we can.

Is there a crib, High Chair, or Pack and Play

Yes, just remember to please request when reserving and also a good idea just prior to arrival to request again.

Are there any toys for the kids?

I have an XBOX as well as several board games and pool floats but it is always a good idea to request these when reserving and then again just prior to arrival.

How much are the homes? Do you rent for 3 nights?

On average the homes will rent for as little as 2,000 and then it could be as high as 5000. The rental rate reflects not only the time of year but also the amount of guests and the demand for the home at that given moment. Please contact us Mike Geraud at 1-561-632-2986 for a personal quote.

Are there any other fees or Taxes?

Prices are between  $250-$375 Cleaning Fee and also an 11% Florida Sales Tax.

What are the steps to reserving a home?

First click on the Book Now tab in the middle of the front of the homes web site that you would like to reserve.  You will then need to arrange payment. We except Credit Cards, personal checks, Bank Checks, cash, and wires. There is a 5% surcharge for using a credit card. If your booking or paying the balance of your reservation inside of 30 days prior to arrival we will only except a bank wire, bank check, or cash. You will need to pay 50% of your total booking at the time of reservation and then 30 days prior to arrival submit the remaining balance to continue to hold your reservation. 

11. I’ve heard several horror stories about renting homes. How can I be sure that these homes are as nice as you say they are or they even actually exist?

For starters you will see a VRBO listing ID on some of the properties. These actually tell you how long the homes have been listed with them. Each badge on my homes websites will hyper link you to VRBO so you can see the property. We are on several different websites and have been for around 3 years now with particular property's. I have several tenants that have been kind enough after staying at some of my homes to allow me to post a picture of there family at my homes so you can see I am not building a testimonials page of just random testimonials. I actually have different family's enjoying the homes so much there way of saying thanks back is to help me with a picture of them at my homes to prove they really wrote there testimonial.
