Kai Stadler & Family

After finishing High School in Germany and serving his mandatory term in the army as a special forces mountaineer, Kai Stadler came to Ft.Lauderdale in 1989 as a student. Between a semester at the Sorbonne in Paris, France, and Florida Atlantic University in Boca Raton, Florida, he finished his education while building an automobile export business which represented the core of his enterprises until today.

The vacation rental business was not born until Kai and several of his peers were left with properties that entered the real estate crisis unsold in 2009; instead of leaving high end properties sit empty waiting.

Mike Geraud & Family

Mike and his wife Victoria grew up on the Jersey shore so being close to the water has always been a necessity to them. There actually child hood sweethearts that have had an opportunity to travel the world before settling down with there daughter and luckily enough there son was born in November 2010.

Since traveling has always been a passion of there's he understands how to accommodate and make sure you are completely satisfied and wanting to come back and choose a Luxury Vacation Home with Tropical Vacation's Group.

Michele Martin & Family

Michelle Martin may meet you as you arrive at one of our Luxur Homes to ensure your stay with us is as smooth and comfortable as possible.  Michelle and her fiance, John, have 5 beautiful girls and chances are, she will have 1 or all of them with her on check in or check out! 

Michelle has numerous resources in Lighthouse Point, Boca Raton, and the Greater Fort Lauderdale area and is extremely knowledgeable about activities at any given time in the surrounding Palm Beach and Broward counties.

Jenna Pelusio

Jenna was born and raised in Red Bank, New Jersey and currently resides there where she raises her son and enjoys being close to her immediate family. Lucky for her she did have the pleasure of living and residing in South Florida also for a number of years.

She began trading commodities for a number of wealthy individuals and quickly learned that the market has both ups and downs. Although she definitely enjoyed working in the fast paced customer service field of commodity trading these days she was looking for the ability to settle down in a career. Primarily she has always had a strong passion about traveling.

Lauren Schmid

Lauren Schmid is one of two owners of Everything That Sparkles, the cleaning company that adds the extra sparkle to your vacation every time you choose a Tropical Vacations Florida retreat.

Born and raised in Toronto, Ontario, Canada, the second most multicultural city in the world, Lauren is fluent in English and German, speaks some French, and even a little Creole! She enjoys using her languages whenever she travels and when she gets the opportunity to meet new people from around the world.

Sarah Perri

Sarah Perri is one of two owners of Everything That Sparkles, the cleaning company that adds the extra sparkle to your vacation every time you choose a Tropical Vacations retreat.

Born and raised in Niagara Falls, Ontario, Canada, Sarah grew up in one of Canada?s most famous tourist destinations. Niagara Falls is renowned as one of the Seventh Wonders of the World, and attracts tourists from all over. Being half Italian and coming from Canada, Sarah speaks a little French and some Italian.

Todd Smith

Todd is born and raised in sunny South Florida. Todd has seen Fort Lauderdale and its surroundings when it was a town comprised of several dirt roads and had an airport with just one terminal; experiencing first hand the growth and development of this beautiful stretch of land, Todd knows the city like the back of his hand.

During and after high school Todd realized that there was a need everywhere for someone who can fix things, and from plumbing, electrical work and the South Florida necessity of Air Conditioning (Todd is a licensed A/C technician)

Montie Sue & Ryan Spano
